Garlicky Carrot Salad
Equipment
- 1 hand grater
Ingredients
- 2 big carrots 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cloves of garlic use 2 cloves for a more intense garlicky flavor
- 5-6 vegan mayo or mayo of your choice
Instructions
- Peel and grate the carrots. Press the garlic.
- Mix the carrot with pressed garlic and mayo. Serve and enjoy!
