2 cups shredded carrots

cloves of garlic
use 2 cloves for a more intense garlicky flavor

vegan mayo
or mayo of your choice
Instructions
Peel and grate the carrots. Press the garlic.
Mix the carrot with pressed garlic and mayo. Serve and enjoy!
