  • 1 hand grater

Ingredients
  

  • 2 big carrots 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cloves of garlic use 2 cloves for a more intense garlicky flavor
  • 5-6 vegan mayo or mayo of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate the carrots. Press the garlic.
  • Mix the carrot with pressed garlic and mayo. Serve and enjoy!
