Equipment

  • 1 hand grater
  • 1 salad bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 big carrots (2 cups shredded carrots)
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 5-6 Tbsp vegan mayo (or mayo of your choice )

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate the carrots. Press the garlic.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded carrots and vegan mayo.
  • Add the pressed garlic and mix well until the carrots are evenly coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes if desired, then serve fresh.
