Ingredients for Wraps with Tofu & Beetroot

  • 17,6 oz (500 g) cooked red beets
  • 13 oz (370 g) firm tofu
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1,8 oz (50 g) lamb’s lettuce
  • 4 wraps of your choice. I used whole wheat wraps
  • Pepper to taste

Optional:

  • Cashew mayo (quantity as desired)
  • Alternative protein: hot smoked salmon or goat cheese
  • Alternative greens: watercress or arugula

For serving:
