Ingredients
  

  • 17,6 oz cooked red beets 500 g
  • 13 oz firm tofu 370 g
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1,8 oz lamb's lettuce 50 g
  • 4 wraps of your choice
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Tofu:
    Cut firm tofu into cubes.In a bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, and onion powder.Marinate tofu in the mixture for at least 20-30 minutes.
  • Cook the Tofu:
    Pan-fry the marinated tofu until golden brown or use an air fryer for a healthier option.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    Lay out the wraps on a clean surface.Divide lamb’s lettuce, diced cooked beets, and the cooked tofu evenly among the wraps.
  • Drizzle with Tahini-Orange Dressing:
    Spoon the tahini-orange dressing generously over the ingredients.Season with pepper to taste.
