Equipment

  • 1 High speed blender
  • 8 Popsicle molds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • chia seeds (for the extra fiber)

Instructions

  • Blend
Add the blueberries and Greek yogurt to a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in the chia seeds directly into the blended mixture. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes so the seeds begin to absorb moisture and thicken slightly.
  • Fill the Popsicle Molds
Pour the mixture evenly into your popsicle molds. Leave a little space at the top for expansion. Tap the molds gently to eliminate any air bubbles.
  • Insert Sticks
Add sticks to the center of each mold. For better placement, you can freeze the popsicles for 20–30 minutes first, then insert the sticks.
  • Freeze Until Firm
Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for 4–6 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Unmold and Serve
Run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles. Remove carefully and enjoy immediately—or store in a freezer-safe container for later!
