Welcome to my kitchen! Today, I'm thrilled to share a recipe that never fails to impress: Succulent Roasted Chicken Breast with a delightful marinade. You can pair it with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the avocado oil, soy sauce, sweet paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. This will be your marinade.
Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it's evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Take the marinated chicken out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 15 minutes. Place the chicken in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Place lemon wedges around the chicken. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cooking times may vary, so use a meat thermometer to ensure it's fully cooked.
Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Squeeze some of the roasted lemon over the chicken for added flavor.
