Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb small or baby potatoes about 500 g
  • 4-6 Tbsp organic butter (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped (or more if you love it!)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the potatoes in a pot and cover them with water. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the drained potatoes. Toss to coat them evenly in the butter.
  • Add the chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until the potatoes are well coated. Serve warm and enjoy the comforting flavors!
