Buttered Potatoes with Dill: Warm and Flavorful Recipe
I’m excited to share a nostalgic recipe for Buttered Potatoes with Dill—a perfect side dish that brings warmth and comfort to any meal. With just three simple ingredients—boiled small potatoes, rich butter, and fresh dill—this dish is not only easy to make but also incredibly delicious.
1/4cupfresh dill, chopped (or more if you love it!)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the potatoes in a pot and cover them with water. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the drained potatoes. Toss to coat them evenly in the butter.
Add the chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until the potatoes are well coated. Serve warm and enjoy the comforting flavors!
