Ingredients
  

  • 1,1 lb cherry tomatoes 500 g
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 2-3 oz feta cheese 55-75 g
  • 2 strings chopped fresh oregano or 1/3 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped fresh oregano. Add the red onion slices.
  • Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar over the ingredients. Gently toss the mixture to ensure even coating. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Allow the flavors to meld for about 10 minutes before serving.
