3 cups shredded purple cabbage 1 cup shredded carrots ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced 2 green onions, chopped 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro 2 Tbsp lime juice 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup 2 extra virgin olive oil Tbsp Salt & pepper, to taste
