Equipment

  • 1 High speed blender
  • 1 Freezer-safe container

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh ripe peaches, peeled and chopped (or canned/frozen peaches)
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat, your choice)
  • ¼ cup maple or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Prep the Peaches: If using fresh peaches, peel and chop them. For frozen ones, thaw first and drain excess water.
  • Blend: In a high-speed blender, combine peaches, Greek yogurt, honey/agave, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until ultra smooth and creamy.
  • Freeze:
With Ice Cream Maker: Pour the mixture into the machine and churn per manufacturer’s instructions.
Without Ice Cream Maker: Pour into a shallow dish, freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until creamy and scoopable.
  • Serve: Scoop into bowls, top with almond slivers, more fresh peaches, or edible flowers for flair.
  • Store: Freeze leftovers in an airtight container. Let thaw a few minutes before serving again.
