Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1/2 cup cup apricot sugar-free jam
  • 1 wheel of Camembert, sliced
  • 6-8 slices of Jamon, torn into smaller pieces

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Rub the cut side of the garlic over each slice for extra flavor.
  • Spread a thin layer of apricot jam on each baguette slice. Place a slice of Camembert on top of the jam-covered crostini.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately place a piece of Jamon on top of each crostini.
  • Serve warm & enjoy!
