1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch pieces 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 clove garlic, halved 1/2 cup cup apricot sugar-free jam 1 wheel of Camembert, sliced 6-8 slices of Jamon , torn into smaller pieces
Preheat the Oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Rub the cut side of the garlic over each slice for extra flavor.
Spread a thin layer of apricot jam on each baguette slice. Place a slice of Camembert on top of the jam-covered crostini.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty.
Remove from the oven and immediately place a piece of Jamon on top of each crostini.
Serve warm & enjoy!
