  • 1 pitcher or large glass jar

Ingredients
  

  • ½ lemon, thinly sliced
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 5-7 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups cold filtered water (1 liter)
  • Ice cubes, a few slices of fresh ginger, or a pinch of Himalayan salt for added benefits (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves under cold water to remove any dirt or residues.
  • Cut them into thin, even slices for better flavor release.
  • Place the lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves into the container. Fill the pitcher with filtered water, covering all the ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours. For stronger flavor, let it sit overnight.
  • Add ice cubes if desired. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing detox drink!
