Equipment

  • 1 High speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything in a blender until creamy and enjoy.

Notes

  1. Use kale in place of spinach.
  2. Use chia seeds or flax if you don’t have hemp seeds.
  3. Soya milk works as well. Or omit the milk and only use water.
