Ingredients
  

  • 2,2 lb russet potatoes 1 kg
  • 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into fries. With a sharp knife, carefully slice each potato lengthwise into even-sized fries. Aim for a thickness of about 1/4 to 1/2 inch (0.6 to 1.3 cm).
  • Optional. To remove excess starch and achieve a crispier texture, you can soak the potato fries in cold water for about 15-30 minutes. After soaking, rinse them well and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  • Season the fries and drizzle with avocado oil.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 365°F (185°C). Carefully place the seasoned potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the basket; you may need to cook the fries in batches for the best results.
  • Cook French Fries for 16-17 minutes, depending on your desired level of crispiness. Remember to flip or shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
  • Once your French Fries are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the basket. Serve your guilt-free French Fries hot and enjoy!

  1. Serve French Fries with Cashew cream or Hot Sauce Adjika.
