Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups cooked black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey or date syrup
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Pour batter into a lined or greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool, then slice into squares and enjoy!
